These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Ananke, an AI agent business intelligence platform operated by AlephantX (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and related services.
If you enroll in our SMS program, you will receive text messages about Ananke agent activity, such as notifications, alerts, and status updates related to your workspace and agents. Message frequency varies based on agent activity and your use of the platform.
Opt-in: You enroll by texting JOIN to (844) 387-4067 from the mobile number you wish to use. Your consent is not hidden; program details and instructions are shown on our public site at alephantx.com (homepage).
Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. You may text HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to use Ananke only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the SMS program in a way that violates carrier rules or anti-spam requirements.
The service and any AI-generated outputs are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for how you use outputs in your business decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlephantX and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Ananke or the SMS program. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the federal laws of the United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.
